Tajikistan’s business sector for years of independence: problems and development models

The purpose of the study is to develop strategic priorities for development business sector Tajikistan based on analysis structure economy republic and its dynamics, as well use economic mathematical modeling object under study. article identifies main obstacles sector, including: inefficient functioning management institutions market; insufficient human capital; underdeveloped industrial social infrastructure, legal framework governing relations state, business, labor, etc. Based statistical methods analysis, in particular method principal components, two important vectors aimed at diversification have been identified. first direction involves industry construction with participation state form public-private partnership, increasing production import-substituting goods own resources. second should be modernization including energy. measures improving climate, overcoming regional sectoral fragmentation Tajikistan, ensuring sustainable balanced are proposed. results can used strategy entrepreneurship Republic process regulation spatial development.
